Greetings from  Forest Resort, Shimla!
It was a pleasure speaking with you today. As discussed I am sending you a brief profile of the property with attachments of the e- brochure & tariff. We are interested in management contracts /equity / investments / collaborations from prospective investors/ outright sale /from hotel chains for our property. Our existing resort is valued at Rupees 100 crores plus which includes goodwill as well and can easily get 04 /05 star rating for any chain. We are interested in a prospective client who would be interested in equity / investment. We would be keen but the equity would have to be minimum 30% for us to consider this option. We are also looking at the option of raising a debt of Rs 50crores through FDI at a cheap rate of interest. We are also looking at management / franchisee contracts with hotel chains.
We are also looking at converting a part/ whole of the existing building in studio/ luxury one/ two bedroom apartments & selling the same to prospective clients and taking them same back from them on a perpetual lease by assuring a return on investment/ fixed rent/ profit sharing.
We are now the official caterers for the Chandigarh Club in Chandigarh and are running a multi cuisine restaurant in the club and are also setting up a new sports bar & a garden restaurant for approx 150 pax in the club by next year in 2014. We are also now the official caterers of the prestigious Lake Club at the Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh.  The Judicial Academy in Chandigarh is also being catered by us & we are also one of the official caterers of the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
